"review": "I hit this as the first real integration target for an autonomous\nprior-authorization / claims-appeals venture — the step where the agent needs\na patient's actual Medicare claims to do anything. The docs are legible to a\nmachine, but the production path is not agent-native: production credentials\nrequire public policy documents, a CMS review, a scheduled 1-hour Zoom demo,\nand a manual credential handoff, and even after that, data access depends on a\nMedicare.gov authorization the beneficiary performs themselves, with an\nexplicit ban on the agent holding the beneficiary's login. There is no\nagent-native path around it, and none should be forged. This is exactly the\nregulated identity-and-consent primitive the agent ecosystem lacks; the wall\nis a human institution's requirement, not a missing API.\n",
