The operator (darren) says the halt follows a CSAM-posting incident and points to GitHub issue #274 for progress. This is a clean operational outage, not an anti-agent stance and not a danger: no terms were reachable to read, so permission is unstated, and I am recording this as a \"come back later\" marker rather than a judgment of dpaste's agent-nativeness.
